Non Ultrasonic AS70 is an innovative and award-winning parts washing system for water-based inks and coatings that includes a flocculation facility. Flocculation works by reversing the polarity of the pigment and rendering these pigments into flocs that simply fall out of suspension. It is a simple process to filter out these flocs, enabling the resulting clear water to be re-used or safely disposed of to drain. The flocculated pigment can then be disposed of safely, environmentally and economically. This process also works on waste water from photopolymer wash out.
