We would like to thank the three organisations for hosting such well organised events.
Info Flex: New Orleans, USA
With the event being the premier destination for Flexography training, Alphasonics can confirm that the exhibition was a great success.
Our team met with familiar customers who we have been working with for a number of years. The Info Flex exhibition was also the perfect opportunity to meet some new faces. Whilst we were at the exhibition, we were showcasing our Advanced Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology in the form of a Melanie DUO system.
Chris Jones, the Vice President of Alphasonics USA says: “The FTA’s annual conference is the main event for the American Flexo Industry. The attendance was fantastic; we met with customers across the Printing spectrum who showed great interest in our machines. New Orleans is always a wonderful place to exhibit and InfoFlex also put the exhibitors at ease.”
The Dentistry Show: Birmingham, UK
With over 10,000 dental professionals attending the show, exhibiting at the Dentistry Show was a new venture. Attending this particular show meant targeting a brand new market for the Alphasonics team. Our initial plan was to test the waters, receive as much feedback as possible and to start progressing into the new field. It is always worthwhile stepping into an unfamiliar market as you never quite know where it may lead.
The show was rather successful, creating more leads throughout the United Kingdom.
Phil Murphy, Production Manager of Alphasonics says: “Exhibiting at a new show is always a risk but it is one in which the team wanted to take and thankfully, it paid off.”
Print Innovation Asia: Delhi, India
The Indian market has shown an increase of sophistication over previous years. This allows the attendees of the exhibition to understand more about the Flexo Industry. In addition, this is an encouraging sign.
The main focus of the event was how using technology can offer sustainability and profitability. Within the world today, we are all trying to do our bit for the planet. This entails saving energy, recycling and using less plastic which is enlightening to see. The collection rate across Europe is 98% whereas in India, it is 28%.
Overall, the event was rather successful. In attendance were top Indian printers which was encouraging to note as many award winners are in use of Alphasonics machines.
